Abstract:

This study shows the nature of the activities of the Turkish P.K.K _originally banned in turkey _ on the German lands. These activities were remarked as beiug peaceful sometimes, and violent in some other ones aiming at making the kurds achieve their rights as the others of the Turkish nationality on one hand, and as a reaction against the Turkish government of the activities of that party at the southern eastern region of Turkey of kurd’s majority, i.e., pursuing the members of the party who adopted the armed struggle as their main goal to achieve these rights. The study also deals with the attitude of the German government from the activities of that party on its territories, especially violent actions such as attacking Turkish banking and commercial institutions in addition to attacking some German institutions and confronting the German police.
