Abstract:
| The plea of pre-sued action is done by the defendant who responds to more than one action against him before the same or multiple courts.It is one of the formative pleas that are made at any stage of the legal action or law suit whether by the defendant or the court because it is related to the public system.This plea shall not be made only by meeting certain conditions including the law suit and legislative degree and unity, making the same lawsuit twice before two different courts or one court. |
